KORUZA v2

KORUZA Pro: the first KORUZA built for professional deployment, with motorised auto-alignment.

From research kit to professional product

Introduced in 2017, KORUZA Pro took the open design into industrial and urban use: a sealed unit with a Raspberry Pi compute module, a camera for aiming, stepper motors and a motor driver board that keep the beam aligned.

KORUZA v2 Pro (2021) rebuilt the software: an alignment and tracking engine driven by the received optical power, a web interface, device-to-device management over Bluetooth and cloud reporting. A Transparent variant replaced the SFP module with a direct fibre connection for custom optical setups.
