The terms on which this website is made available.
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the website at koruza.irnas.eu. The website, the KORUZA product line and all associated intellectual property are owned by IRNAS Technologies d.o.o., which is also the seller. These terms do not govern the sale itself; a purchase is subject to a separate written agreement and to the warranty terms published in the technical documentation.
2. Purpose of the information
The content of this website is provided for general information about the KORUZA system. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply, and it does not constitute engineering advice for a specific installation.
3. Planning tools are estimates
The link budget calculator and the product selector are planning aids. They apply published optical models to the figures you enter and return an estimate. A real deployment additionally depends on mounting rigidity, alignment quality, window and enclosure losses, local climate statistics and installation practice. Results must not be relied upon as a guarantee of range, throughput or availability. Where a figure is marked as an estimate rather than a published specification, it has not been verified against shipping hardware.
4. Laser safety
KORUZA equipment emits infrared laser radiation. It must be installed and operated in accordance with the safety section of the technical documentation and with IEC 60825-1. Do not look into the aperture at short range and never view the beam through an optical instrument. You are responsible for compliance with the installation-location requirements applicable to your site.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout and images of this website are the property of IRNAS Technologies d.o.o. unless stated otherwise. KORUZA hardware, firmware and documentation are separately released under open source licences set out in the technical documentation; nothing here restricts the rights those licences grant you. KORUZA and IRNAS are names and marks of IRNAS Technologies d.o.o. and may not be used to imply endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages or unlawful content, and do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site. We apply rate limiting and may block abusive traffic.
7. External links
This site links to external resources such as source code repositories and standards bodies. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.
8. Availability
We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, including the output of the planning tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes fall to the competent court in Maribor, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rule that gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The effective date and version at the top of this page show when they last changed.
