Light-speed networking
1 to 100 Gb/s, on the same SFP transceivers you already run in your fibre network. Shipping today at 1 and 10 Gb/s; 25 and 100 Gb/s are in development.
KORUZA sends data through the air on an eye-safe infrared beam: fibre-class speed, nothing to intercept from the side, no spectrum to license. We build it into machines, docking stations and rooftop links for industrial, medical and telecom customers.

From a few centimetres inside a machine to a kilometre across a city. One optical core, three head sizes.
A narrow line-of-sight beam cannot be sniffed from the side, and 15 to 21 dB of link margin at 150 m keeps it up in rain, snow and light fog.
The optical spectrum is unregulated. No spectrum fees, no permits, no coordination with anyone.
Open hardware, open firmware, modular by design. Build it into your own product or run it as a stand-alone unit.
From rooftop-to-rooftop city links down to millimetre-scale docking connectors, plus a modular platform for everything that does not fit a standard product. Every variant shares the same optical core and the same upgrade path.
The outdoor unit with motorised alignment, weatherproof housing and optional lens heating. It addresses fixed or medium-range links up to about 150 m, with special configuration reaching up to 1 km — for building-to-building connections, 5G backhaul and industrial telemetry that has to survive years of thermal movement and weather.
A compact 12 mm optical head for on-machine and in-enclosure use. It replaces drag-chain cabling across a controlled motion gap and carries data across a docking interface, with no connector pins to wear, corrode or misalign.
For customers who need a specific FSO capability rather than a fixed product. A mechanically aligned baseplate carries plug-in modules, so the optical path, data rate, range, tracking, control and packaging are all selected around the application. A MOD configuration can be delivered as a development platform, as a configured kit, or as the basis for a custom-designed product.
A configurable free-space optical platform for integrating and field-testing third-party QKD transmitters, receivers and key-management systems, with optional high-speed classical data transport, alignment, tracking and environmental monitoring. MOD-Q supplies the optical path and the physical layer; the quantum source, detection and security proof come from a QKD partner.
You are designing an FSO product and would rather start from working optics, tracking and control than from an empty bench.
You need a high-bandwidth link that works on a moving platform or outdoors in weather, and no standard product fits.
You do research in optics, robotics or high-speed communications and need a platform you can take apart, change and put back together.
Two tools that answer the questions we get asked most.
Enter your distance and conditions and see the optical power budget, the margin in rain, fog and haze, and the range you can realistically expect.
Answer five questions about your application and get a recommended product family and speed tier, ready to send to us as an inquiry.
Get feedback on your concept, design challenges or integration plans from our FSO engineers. No obligation, and we will tell you plainly if free-space optics is the wrong answer for your problem.
